We created our Unisex and Femme categories to celebrate inclusivity and offer versatile essentials that fit a diverse range of identities. Our Unisex line features universal, men's-sized staples designed to be comfortable and accessible for all genders.
Our Femme collection embraces more fitted silhouettes and styles, with sizing based on women’s measurements—providing options that honor femininity while welcoming everyone. At LS Adaptive, we believe great design is for everyone, no matter how you identify.

Please use our sizing charts below for reference. We are true to fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size closest to the waist size.

Measuring Tips

Some helpful tips to help you order the correct size. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string or ribbon, then measure it against a ruler.

Waist:
Measure snugly around your natural waistline—about two fingers below your navel. Keep the tape measure comfortably taut but not tight.

Hips:
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks for the best fit.

Inseam:
Measure from the crotch seam straight down the inside of your leg to where you want the pants to end.
